Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the United States.

All U.S. orders $75 and over receive free shipping

All our candles are shipped from Massachusetts.

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your handmade candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information. Count down the days to HAPPY MAIL!

Orders within the U.S. can be expected to arrive 5-7 business days after placing your order. AK and HI may require additional processing time. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

All average shipping times assume no delays. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered good remains outside (on a doorstep).
